How to Report a Bug
Where do I report my bug?
Simply click on the Submit Feedback / Report a Bug button on the Support Page.

Help! How does that even work?!
They are many different fields to fill up, and those with * are mandatory. Here is what each means:
Issue Type (mandatory):
- Bug / Issue: Anything that isn't working like it should, game crashing, lagging, etc etc
- Suggestion / Feedback: Things you believe are missing from the game, or that you think would greatly improve the game.
- Translation / Localization: Anything that has to do with text errors or wrong translation.
Summary (mandatory): The "title" of your ticket, what's the topic about.
- For example: Opening the inventory while in combat crashes the game.
Game version (mandatory except for Suggestions): What version of the game is your issue from?
- You can find the game version on the top right of your screen. Make sure you only input the dots and numbers, no need to add "EA:" in front!

Community Category (mandatory, only for Bugs): What part of the game does it affect?
- Exploration: Anything that touches exploration / walking around / interacting with the world. For example: In Lion's Den, it is impossible to reach the chest in the trapped room.
- Combat: Anything related to combat. Example: Game says my character is not in range for a melee attack even though I'm next to my target.
- D&D Rules: Anything related to D&D rules. Example: Rogue's Cunning Action is incorrectly unlocked at level 3 instead of level 2.
- Cutscene / Dialogs: Anything related to the cutscenes & dialogs. Example: When talking for the first time to Anabasia, the camera is stuck in the wall for 2-3 seconds at the start.
- Spells & Powers: Anything related to spells, class features and powers. Example: Magic Missiles does not have any VFX.
- Items: Anything related to items. Example: Staff of the Deep weights 50 pounds, should probably be 5.
- UI / Menu: Anything related to the menu. Example: In the character sheet, it incorrectly shows that my Fighter is proficient in Stealth.
- Other: Anything else that doesn't fit the other categories. Example: Game does not properly close after quitting it.
Description (mandatory, for Bugs & Feedback): Explain the issue in detail
- Example: When clicking three time on an item in my inventory, the item disappears but my encumbrance remain the same. Closing and opening the inventory again does not fix the issue, but saving and reloading works.
Last Action Done (mandatory for Bugs): What did you do to trigger the bug?
- Example: Get into combat with the Kobolds on Ferendragh
- Cast Burning Hands, target Kobolds and Landry in the AoE
- Observe that the game is stuck after they take damage, and the turn never ends.
Does it happen every time? Self explanatory, yes / no.
Attachment: Add relevant files, such as save files and screenshots (or short videos), 5mo max size, 2 files max
- Very important: If you are reporting a bug, without save files it can be very hard for us to check & fix it.
Location: In what map / menu did the bug trigger?
Platform: PC or Steam Deck? (Other if you managed to make it run on your Samsung Smart Fridge)
Controller: Mouse & Keyboard or Controller (Other if you managed to make it work on a driving wheel)
Control Mode: Direct (WASD) or Indirect (Click to move)
Estimated Importance: Is it a small issue like a weapon clipping through a hand, or a critical one like the game crashing all the time upon reaching a certain area?
Current In-Game Text / What the text should be / How is the text wrong:
- These fields are specific to the Translation / Localization issue type. Simply type the text exactly as it is in-game in the language you're playing in (so we can find it), then type what the text should be in that same language, and then why you think it needs to be changed in English.
Where do I find my save files?
Simply follow those steps:
- Open your File Explorer (or This PC)
- Copy the following string (ctrl+C): %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Solasta 2\Saved\SaveGames
- In your File Explorer, select the navigation bar and paste the string (ctrl+V)
- Press Enter
- You should see your save files
- Make sure you select the correct one to upload!
